The project of “Rodina – Haskovo” AD and Tympanidis G & Co LP, Orestiada under the Cross-Border Industrial Partnership , under grant agreement № B5.3d.24, The expected result is to increase, through cross-border cooperation, the ability of SMEs in the border area to access new markets and expand their economic activities. This will be achieved through the implementation of the legacy: Increasing production capacity; Reducing production costs; Improving product/service quality; Introducing new products/services; Introducing technical and organisational innovations and introducing effective marketing and distribution systems.
Through the objective of the project in the investment plan, it is foreseen to introduce new technologies in the two enterprises to improve the quality of the production products and reduce the costs of servicing the current production. The main objectives of the project are. Purchase and installation of solar panels and photovoltaic system. Purchase and installation of panel heating – operating on natural gas. Installation of panel heatingon natural gas – radiant gas ceramic heating. Once all the investment objectives have been met, the company will own a fully operational building suitable for year-round production activities, which will significantly increase the production capacity of a commercial company.
The project will result in the development of two enterprises in the two zones – strengthening and increasing production capacity and using new technologies to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. This project will identify the benefits of using renewable energy solutions.
The project duration is 18 months.
Project budget: 246.909,51€ (ERDF: 136.417,50€ ; National contribution: 24.073,68€ ; Own contribution: 86.418,33€)
