The brewery consists of 3 vessels. Under certain conditions with facility, it is possible to make two brews at the same time. The vessels are mounted on a common frame with service platform and control panel. Installation is made entirely of stainless steel, including pump, piping, fittings and taps. The court for filtration is mounted above the centrifuge vessel in a combined tank with an intermediate flat bottom. The standard version includes manually operated cranes and a two-section plate cooler.

Mixing and cooking vessel (MKT – Mash Kettle Tank)

  • Heating with direct fire under the bottom in the combustion chamber of
    NG or LPG gas
  • The vessel is equipped with a propeller stirrer with stepless
    speed regulation
  • Upper conical bottom with inspection door and mounted entrance
    product and washing ball head
  • Cylinder equipped with thermoprobe, test tap, insulation –
    wadding, lining AISI304
  • Lower conical bottom equipped with a total outlet for draining,
    insulation – wadding, cladding AISI304

Filter vessel (LT – Lauter tun)

  • The vessel is equipped with a frame stirrer with stepless adjustment
    at revs
  • Special bottom for drainage – detachable grid with conical
    slots
  • Upper conical bottom with inspection door and mounted entrance
    product and washing ball head
  • Cylinder equipped with partial outlets, rectangular hatch for
    unloading, insulation – wadding, lining AISI304
  • Lower flat bottom equipped with a total drain outlet,
    insulation – wadding, cladding AISI304

Whirlpool

  • Upper flat bottom
  • Cylinder equipped with product inlet, tangential inlet, partial outlet, rectangular hatch for
    inspection, washing ball head, insulation – wadding, lining AISI304
  • Lower conical bottom equipped with total outlet for draining, insulation – wadding, lining AISI304

  • It is equipped with a microcontroller for automatic control of the waving process and
    ability to save programs
